Flat Twist Style - French Roll
More flat twist hair styles I've been experimenting with as my protective style. The goal is to keep my hair twisted up until the end of the year. Every week I wash, deep condition, moisturize/seal, and twist up. Except for last week I decided to wear my afro puff and play with my hair over the weekend.

Your twists are beautiful. How do you get them so tight? Whenever I do mine they are loose by the end of the day and look horrifying.

Thanks so much!! I use shea butter on my hair when I twist. I try to stick with small twists since I'm still learning. The smaller the tighter for me. Also if you notice that all my twist styles are pinned up in some way. Pinning my hair up to create a little tension helps to keep them in place. Hopefully that makes sense.
